Let's Be Curious Consultancy was developed out of a desire to improve the lives and outcomes for children, young people and adults by supporting organisations to develop a culture of continuous development and learning to become outstanding. We see the organisation as a complex system, each part needing to connect and flow to achieve.

Sean Dunne
Sean has worked within Social Care since 1987, holding positions from Practitioner through to Senior Management. He has a passion for enhancing the lives of children through striving to ensure business’s offer the children the best opportunities to support their growth.
Having worked in private, public and the charity sector, including overseas, Sean has used this knowledge to better enhance the services he works with, from businesses that are starting up to established organisations.
​Central to Sean’s passion, is supporting people to think outside the box. To take the complex or theoretical and put it into practice. ​

Through his experience and learning, Sean has an in-depth knowledge of the needs of individuals, teams and organisations to support the development of structures, training programs and systems. This also includes implementation into the business to support all stakeholders, bridging the gap between how to enable ideas in our heads to work in every day practice.

Alongside his extensive experience he has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management, a Diploma in Group Analysis and is studying for a Level 7 ILM Coaching for Leadership. Sean strongly believes in enhancing knowledge through continued study and research.
